Community Development Grants and Activities

These dynamic community development grants and activities that were funded by grants to the School of Business and Economics were designed to: (1) focus on the mission of providing life-long learning experiences and opportunities to the university's immediate and extended communities and (2) serve as a resource for business, education, and culture in North Carolina.   Funding sources for these grants included the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City of Fayetteville, the National Offices of the Students in Free Enterprise and the Department of Defense.  Dr. Richard Ellis was the principal investigator for these multifunctional tasks.
